CDCA is proud to congratulate the following players named to represent Central Districts at the upcoming 2019/20 NZC U19 boys and inaugural NZC U19 girls tournaments at NZC's High Performance Centre in Lincoln this December.
New Zealand U19 representative Joey Field will captain the boys' squad and Central Hinds' Monique Rees will captain the girls' squad.
The girls' Under-19s replaces the U21 national age group championship won by CD in recent seasons, and aligns with national pathways to selection for the newly introduced ICC Women's U19 World Cup – the first edition of which will take place in Bangladesh in 2021.
