Great news for Central Hinds HANNAH ROWE and ROSEMARY MAIR who have been offered a renewal of their WHITE FERNS contracts for the coming season.
NZC today announced the 2023/24 list of contract offers for the top 17 players in the New Zealand women's game. The balance is the same as last year for CD: two bowling stars on the WHITE FERNS contracted list.
The remainder of the Hinds squad is eligible to be contracted by CDCA, and that list will now be assembled and announced later this year, alongside those of the other five Domestic teams.

Both Rowe and Mair saw action at the 2022 Commonwealth Games last year, taking home a bronze medal with the New Zealand team.
Rowe went on to feature at home against Bangladesh later in 2022, then got to start in two warm-up games and three ICC T20 World Cup matches in South Africa in February.
Mair last appeared in the fern at the Commonwealth Games with two starts, and gets a chance to push for more game time on the imminent tour of Sri Lanka, after no WHITE FERNS playing opportunities came her way in the 2022/23 home season.
The players will depart for Sri Lanka tomorrow, after having been training together in camp this month.
Players now accept or decline their national offers as per NZC’s Master Agreement with the New Zealand Cricket Players Association, with Canterbury batter Kate Anderson having been offered a contract for the first time, and ND's top order batter and keeper Bernadine Bezuidenhout and veteran Canterbury pace ace Lea Tahuhu returning to this year's list at the expense of ND's young spinning allrounder Nensi Patel and Wellington's keeper-batter Jess McFadyen.
Auckland Hearts captain Lauren Down has meanwhile declined an NZC contract offer renewal this year for family reasons.

WHITE FERNS Head Coach Ben Sawyer said, "This is a really exciting time for all our contracted players, especially for those returning to the list and receiving a contract for the first time."
In compiling the list of offers, an NZC contract review group considers likely playing values over the next 12 months, calculating in past performances, playing history, the upcoming playing schedule, and likelihood of players being involved during that period.
For players who have not received a national contract offer for the next 12 months, there is no barrier to winning selection to the team over the coming year, with performances at Domestic level paving the pathway to selection.
